Composting Worms

Our composting worms are primarily Red Wigglers.  While there are over eight thousand species of worms worldwide, the Red Wigglers are one of only five or six species suitable for worm ranching.  Red wigglers live primarily in the top two inches of the ground and eat approximately 40% of their weight each day.

They are ideal for composting kitchen waste and turning it into rich castings that will enrich your garden without using harmful chemical fertilizers that actually kill off your worm population.

If you are concerned about climate change and want to share in the transformation of waste into a natural resource, give composting worms a try.
